Ranmali has extensive experience in intellectual property management and commercialisation. Prior to working at the Crick Ranmali worked for 10 years with MRC Technology (now known as LifeArc), where she was responsible for the intellectual property management and commercialisation of a broad range of technology arising from different MRC units.
She has an MSc in Biochemical Research from Imperial College and undertook her PhD in the molecular mechanism of insulin resistance at Cambridge University.
